Standard Service: £70

Full Service: £100 + parts

Hot Water Cylinder Service: £40

Boiler Service + Cylinder Service: £80

Landlord Gas Safety Check: £60 for one appliance + £10 for each additional gas appliance

BREAKDOWN & REPAIR

Call out fee for a boiler breakdown is £80. Upon diagnosis of fault, a fixed price will be quoted for the repair. If you choose to go ahead with the quote then the call out fee will be waived.

INSTALLATIONS

The prices below serve as a guideline for labour, as additional work (i.e. boiler relocation, replacing radiator valves, running extensive pipework) will require a site visit or video call for an accurate cost.

- Boiler swap: £700

- Unvented cylinder installation: £900

- Vented to unvented system conversion: £1000

- Combi conversion: £1200

- Boiler and unvented cylinder installation: £1500

HEATING

Horizontal radiator install: £70

Vertical radiator install: £80

More than 2 radiators to be installed: £75 per hour

Radiator valve replacement: £50

Heating control install/replacement: £80

Heating system flush: £100 fixed fee +£20 per radiator.

PLUMBING

Call out fee for a water leak is £70. Upon diagnosis of issue, a fixed price will be quoted for the repair. If you choose to go ahead with the quote then the call out fee will be waived.

Tap replacement: £70
Outside tap installation: £80 + parts
Shower bar mixer replacement: £50
Electric shower replacement: £90
Kitchen sink installation: £200

GAS

Call out fee for a gas leak is £80. Upon identification of leak, a fixed price will be quoted for the repair. If you choose to go ahead with the quote then the call out fee will be waived.

Decommissioning a gas supply: £60
Gas Hob installation: £100
